out in the sticks
this was the final photo i took when i was driving around the wine regions of stellenbosch in south africa. i remember we had tried and failed to find a perfect spot to capture the setting sun, and the light was fading and hiding behind the mountains. to take advantage of what little was remaining i parked up on the hard shoulder of a busy road and went for a little walk to get a few more shots of this scenic area. there i found another, although i would wager significantly cheaper, house between some trees.
