this is the first picture that i've posted from my collection of photos which i took for work earlier in the year. it was during a party in a fancy hotel which also included a mini orchestra, ballet dancers and drag queens. later the party shifted downstairs to a club which had its own private bowling alley and ice rink... although my memory does get hazy at that stage due to the high consumption of alcohol. unfortunately i do remember the end of the night when i was waiting for a taxi at the reception of the hotel whilst balancing a cup of chocolate balls on a huge chocolate coin. i was making drunken conversation when my motor skills deserted me and hundreds of balls tumbled down on the white, pristine counter like a candy waterfall of embarrassment. my colleagues found this hilarious, the receptionist did not, and the seconds felt like hours as i clumsily collected each piece of chocolate and waited for my getaway vehicle.
