a memory of some scenery
last week i paid my annual visit to the kyoto garden in holland park. it was made more difficult this year as the underground station is currently closed for refurbishment, but that balanced out by the fact that it now only takes me 20 minutes to walk from the park to work. it was a lot greyer, windier and wetter than the same time last year, which didn't make me want to wake up early, however like last time it felt worth it when i got there.
