around this time two years ago i went to visit the workshop of my silversmith friend. i had a go melting some metal and created a weird, silver piece which i stamped with M A D since we were soon to be travelling to madagascar. this time last week i went back to the same workshop and created an additional piece which slots together with the first, this time stamped with B O R N as next week we're going over to borneo. i'm a little concerned that i may have painted myself into a corner though and i'll have to choose future destinations on the basis that they grammatically fit in the silver sentence.

oh and when i say i made this, i did very little apart from point a flame at the silver, my mate did most of the work as you can see from this little video i made.
