i wonder if i could?
i stayed in lithuania a day after my friends left the country, and had an evening flight, so decided to take a day trip to trakai. it was sold to me as a cute village with this cool gothic castle floating in a lake, which it was, although the lake felt a little higher than normal as it was chucking it down with rain. also it turns out the castle is closed on mondays which i learned when i tried to failed to open a locked door. so it terms of being a castle it was an effective castle. i circled around it as the rain grew heavier and then took shelter under a tree. as i was unable to get the shot i wanted of the picturesque castle, i settled for a macro shot of the tree trunk instead. you'll just have to imagine the picturesque castle behind it.
