testmeat photoblog

this time last year i was feeling inspired with work i was doing in the office that i began to work on a redesign of this photoblog. i did about 95% of the job, and then life got busy and it was put on the shelf. for some reason it popped into my head last week, so i had another look at it and decided to disregard whatever the missing 5% was and finally upload it.

there's quite a few new features and improvements, my favourite i think is that i've now created a countries section where every photo is categorised depending on where it was taken. it seemed kinda obvious to have since travelling is integral in these photos. the whole look of the website has been overhauled and is a lot brighter, you can navigate a lot of the site with your keyboard (press m to get started) and there are a few other animated features and flourishes. despite it being over a year old, i haven't seen it in such a long time that it still looks new to me. fingers crossed that 5% wasn't important and it all works as intended.
