of this land
the day after we arrived in spitzkoppe in namibia my friends and i woke up early and watched the sun rise over the amazing landscape. we ended up spending a few hours climbing up the rocks and exploring the vast area, and we didn't see a single other person that whole time. in fact i think these kids were the first humans we met that morning, when we stopped on our way out to get some water to wash the dust off the windscreen. there's definitely something extra special about exploring an amazing land without seeing any other tourists. this namibia photo seems like a good excuse to plug my mate's namibia video again, where you can see more shots of this spectacular part of the planet.
