here's a pretty old shot from when i was walking around chinatown during chinese new year and looking at people cooking in the windows. it must be a pretty strange environment to work in, with your back to your colleagues and customers and facing a busy street. i can see it would be nice to watch the world go by, but then again when the world is full of people like me who will shove a camera in your face, maybe less so.
