the day calls in billows
there were plenty of animals, including weddell seals and gentoo penguins, to occupy most of my attention when i was walking around danco island in antarctica. but the clouds, light and landscape all conspired together to attract what attention remained and remind me that these amazing animals live in an equally awe-inspiring home.
