this was the final piece of street art which i photographed when i spent the evening walking around the illuminated sculptures in the pier 2 art center of kaohsiung. i set up my tripod so i could capture people going through the rainbow-spring-container-walkway-thing, however as it was around 10:30pm there weren't a lot of people around, so i walked through it myself. what isn't obvious with this still photograph is that the rainbow lights were constantly cycling through the different colours as they moved up and down the coil. however as i had set my camera to take a picture every few seconds i did end up capturing a few of these different lighting states. which meant i could stitch them together in a little video
