somewhere between dust and the stars
it's been over four months since my last post here, which is the longest gap since i first started 16 years ago today. the reason for this absence is quite simple, i haven't been taking any photos. i'm ususlly most inspired when i'm travelling, but the pandemic has meant that my last trip overseas was to georgia early last year, and i slowly lost interest in picking up my camera. i think things are beginning to change though. for a start here's a brand new photo which i took a month ago on a family holiday in cornwall. this particular picture of polurrian cove, a few minutes away from where i was staying, is made up of a few different shots. i took one as the sun was setting, and then returned to the same spot later that night to capture some longer exposures when the stars came out. also i'm posting this from a different country as i finally managed to leave this island and explore a new part of the planet. so i'm hoping that i will return with renewed inspiration alongside a memory card full of memories.
