lured by lilting melody - extra image
early last year i went over to the small village of petritoli in italy with work for a company retreat. it's something they started doing a few years ago, and is usually hosted somewhere in the uk as it also was early this year, but the company were able to splash out in 2019 and take the whole team on a european trip. with the state of the everything right now it's hard to imagine when this kind of thing could happen again. in fact i can't quite get my head around exactly how international travel is really going to work going forwards, at least before there's a reliable global vaccine. but posting these daily travel pictures has really made me yearn for the chance to see faraway lands so i'm hopeful there will be some solutions out there.
