staring down the sun
when i looked back on the photos i've posted from my time in south africa i was surprised to find that i've only posted one picture from camps bay. i was there for a couple of days with work, but then returned on three separate occasions during my subsequent week's holiday. it was one of the best places i found to watch the sunset and the light was really incredible. on this occasion a thick fog rolled in minutes after i arrived, the obscured sun caused the temperature to drop dramatically and the whole area was transformed into a ghostly seascape. i put on my hat, pulled out my camera and snapped away with a huge smile on my face.
