spinning thread - extra image
this is another shot from the women's weaving project that i have posted about before. i'm not sure why but it looks like i've opted to remove the colour from each photo. it wasn't a conscious descision, other than i thought i it worked better for that photo at the time. in hindsight though it seems a little strange that i'd take pictures of women weaving a myriad of colourful threads, only to drain out the colour. well, if you do need a colour fix...
