planet telex
this is my first attempt at what are known as 'little planets'. well actually it's a reversed version. i first came across this technique on ddoi, who's entry includes helpful instructions and links. he has since posted a better example, as has chromasia, so i thought i'd belatedly get in on the act. this isn't particularly clean or polished, the join is hardly invisible, but it makes a nice alternative to a straight forward panorama, which you can see stitched and unprocessed here
